Please note, it can take up to 5 working days for us to publish your photographs online. You are able to register to be notified when your photographs appear online on the gallery page.

Instructions:

Step 1: Log in using your email and password. You may need to create an account first.

Step 2: Visit the "My account" page.

Step 3: Go to "Redeeming Download Credits" under "My account" and enter the code on the "Digital Download" card you have purchased. Your download credit will then be added to your account.

Step 4: Click here to navigate to your gallery and photographs.

Step 5: Once you find your gallery and your photo(s). Click on the product item to the right and choose the following option: "Digital only" then "Download for one credit"

Step 6: Click download. 

Each credit allows one digital photo download. Once downloaded, your credit cannot be exchanged or refunded.
